2. Platform Usage
- Students: The platform is intended to help students find volunteer scribes for exams. Students must respect the scribes' time and effort.
- Scribes: Scribes provide their services voluntarily and should not request or accept any form of payment or compensation from students.
3. Responsibilities of Users
Students:
- Must provide accurate and truthful information about the nature and timing of the exams.
- Should communicate promptly and clearly with scribes.
- Must not exploit or misuse the scribes' voluntary services by demanding unreasonable amounts of time or effort beyond the agreed scope.
Scribes:
- Must be honest about their availability and ability to assist students.
- Should maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding the exams they assist with.
- Must not solicit or accept any form of payment or gifts from students for their services.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Students:
- Harassment, abuse, or disrespect towards scribes is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to coerce or manipulate scribes into performing tasks beyond their volunteer role will result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the platform.
Scribes:
- Asking for or accepting payment, gifts, or favors in exchange for services is prohibited.
- Failure to fulfill commitments without reasonable cause or notice may result in removal from the platform.
5. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between students and scribes, Scribe4.me will review the issue and take appropriate actions, which may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform.
6. Termination of Service
Scribe4.me reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to the platform at our discretion for violations of these terms.
